Home Remedies For Sore Feet

For smelly feet, steep six teabags in a large bowl of hot water, allow it to cool and plunge your worn-out feet in it for ten minutes.

Rejuvenate tired feet by soaking them for half an hour in a soothing bowl of barley or millet mixed with hot water and cooled. Make a soothing footbath by adding one tablespoon of sea salt to a basin of warm water. In cold weather add a teaspoon of mustard powder to really warm them up.

Rub on your feet thick at night, place socks on this helps keep everything from getting greasy. Your feet will feel great the next day, soreness is gone, feet are soft, your feet feel refreshed. The soothing menthol comforts the feet.

This is the most tried and true remedy for sore feet. And whether you soak your sore feet in warm or cool water doesn’t really matter. Whichever you prefer will make your feet feel much better. Just don’t use water that’s too hot or too cold. If you like, you can powders made for foot soaks, which you can find at the drug store, to the water.
